At Pumdesigns, we strive to provide high-quality design and creative services to our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and revisions are handled for services purchased through our platform or directly from our agency.
1. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request a cancellation within 7 days of placing an order or confirming a project.
However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
- The project work has already started.
- Initial concepts, drafts, or designs have been delivered.
- The project has entered the revision or final delivery stage.
- Third-party services or resources have already been purchased for the project.
For subscription-based or ongoing services, cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet been started.
- The delivered service is significantly different from the agreed project scope.
- The agency is unable to complete the project due to internal reasons.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Approved design concepts or completed work.
- Change of mind after project initiation.
- Delays caused by lack of client communication, feedback, or required materials.
- Digital products, downloadable files, branding assets, or completed creative work.
3. Revisions & Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, you may contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concern and provide reasonable revisions as per the agreed project scope.
Additional revisions outside the agreed package may incur extra charges.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliverables
If you receive incorrect, incomplete, or damaged files, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the final delivery. Our team will investigate the issue and provide a corrected version where applicable.
5. Third-Party Services
For services involving third-party platforms, software, hosting, printing, domains, advertisements, or external tools, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective third-party providers.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by Pumdesigns, the amount will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
