Refund & Cancellation Policy
At PumDesigns, we strive to provide high-quality design and marketing services with professionalism and transparency. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is outlined below:
- If the discussed project has not yet been initiated and the client requests cancellation within 10 days of payment, a full refund of the received amount will be provided.
- If work on the project has already started, refunds will not be issued for work that has been completed.
- If the project is terminated mutually by both parties, the client will retain ownership of all completed design files. Any future payments for ongoing services will become void. However, previous payments and advances are non-refundable.
- Once the proposal has been approved and the project enters the development or execution phase, no refunds will be issued.
- Partial refunds are not available for projects that have already reached a milestone stage.
- Digital marketing service packages are non-refundable. However, clients may cancel such services by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance.
- Refunds will not be provided for deposits or payments related to projects that are abandoned, inactive, or dormant for more than 30 days.
- A project will not be considered cancelled or void unless clearly stated and agreed upon in writing.
- This refund policy does not apply if the client fails to provide the necessary information, materials, or approvals required to complete the project on time. Delays caused by improper communication from the client shall not be the responsibility of PumDesigns.
- If incomplete information is provided by the client at the start or during the course of the project, PumDesigns shall not be held liable for delivery delays or refund commitments.
- Compensation for delays in project delivery will not be provided unless specifically agreed upon in a written contract containing a penalty clause.
Order Cancellation by PumDesigns
PumDesigns reserves the right to cancel any order or project at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Transactions that violate RBI policies or applicable laws
- Failure to obtain complete project details or required information from the client
